The booking form collects your name, email, phone number, service address, dryer make/model, required setup photos, appointment choice, and affirmative service-waiver acceptance. These are used to prepare, schedule, administer, and document the booking.

Booking records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and uploaded photos in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Stripe processes payments; the website does not receive full card numbers. Google Calendar stores appointments, Google email sends confirmations, and the owner receives booking alerts through Telegram.

The private booking links give access to booking details. Do not share them. Intake photos are for preparation, not automatically for promotion. The separate service-media permission is part of the required service waiver.

No advertising analytics or tracking code is included. Temporary browser session storage restores an unfinished booking. Hosting and service providers may process operational logs. To request access, correction, or deletion of your booking information, contact Nick. Records needed to document service, payments, accepted terms, or resolve a dispute may need to be retained.
