Service terms
Current service: $100 accessible dryer lint cleanout. The service covers the lint-screen area, accessible lint-screen housing/chute, and other visible or safely reachable lint in normal accessible dryer areas.
Not repair work: The service does not include appliance diagnosis, gas-line work, electrical diagnosis, component replacement, deep disassembly, or removal of functional assemblies.
Vent cleaning: Dryer vent cleaning is not included in the $100 service. After Nick inspects the setup, vent cleaning may be offered as an optional add-on if it can be safely handled. If offered, the price is $50–$75. No vent service is promised in advance.
Dryer-fire and performance limits: Lint buildup can contribute to dryer-fire risk. This cleaning removes accessible lint buildup, but it does not guarantee prevention of a dryer fire, a specific drying-time change, or energy savings.
Payment: Cash, Zelle, or Cash App are accepted when the cleaning is finished. Online and debit card payments are coming soon. No credit card payments are accepted.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only on a case-by-case basis.
Online booking and service authorization: When online booking is activated, customers will be required to complete the approved intake, submit the required setup photos, and affirmatively accept the service authorization/liability waiver before an appointment is confirmed. The online waiver workflow is not active yet.
