Two required photos
One clear photo of the make/model label and one of the laundry area with the dryer in view. Add the rear access panel or vent area only if you can photograph it safely.
Do not disconnect anything or move the dryer unsafely for these photos. JPEG, PNG, or WebP; up to 15 MB each. HEIC is not supported in this build.

Choose your appointment
Appointments are offered at 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Eastern, when available. Each reserves 90 minutes.
After you select a time, it is held for 3 minutes while you pay the $50 deposit. An expired attempt must be restarted. Selecting a time alone does not confirm an appointment.
